Vine art at its finest

From the vine to the wine

Love for the vines has a long tradition at the Semriacherhof. Here you can choose from an extensive wine list, which includes international wines as well as special bottlings: Wines that have been vinified by wine academic Sandra Loidolt together with local winegrowers.

White wine
Grauburgunder x Chardonnay x Sauvignon Blanc

This cuvée is supported by Pinot Gris, which is not only noticeable in the colour, but also on the full palate. The main grape varieties are a barrel-aged Sauvignon Blanc with fruity Chardonnay: an inviting, animating acidity combined with body and elegance. In co-operation with the Hütter winery from St. Anna am Aigen.

Creative beer
Rebenskunst x The Thirsty Heart

Two friends - a beer freak and a wine academic - who sometimes can't make up their minds: Beer on wine or vice versa? Two friends, spontaneous and loud, with rough edges and a lot of joy for honest craftsmanship, who wanted to pack their characteristics into a bottle: Sour Beer and blauer Wildbacher shake hands. In co-operation with the Noom brewery from Riegersburg.

Red wine
Blaufränkisch and Syrah

Homeland meets internationality in this bottle. On the nose, there is plenty of powerful fruit from Blaufränkisch, paired with elegance and flavour from Syrah on the palate: an accessible wine with long ageing potential. In co-operation with the Nehrer winery from Eisenstadt.

Talking about vines

Wine tastings at the Semriacherhof

Vine art founder and wine academic Sandra could talk about vines for hours. But don't worry: during our wine tastings, we don't just talk, we also taste. You will learn how grapes are transformed into wine and how the love of wine has been lived at the Semriacherhof for generations.
